ELYSIAN Aesthetic and Wellness Clinic - Booking & Payment Policy Booking & Payment Policy At ELYSIAN Aesthetic and Wellness Clinic, all appointments are private and by reservation only. To maintain the integrity of our client experience and clinic flow, the following policies apply: 1. Payment Methods Accepted:- CashApp: $YourHandle- Venmo: @YourName- Zelle: your@email.com- Cash (accepted for remaining balance at appointment) 2. Deposit Requirement:- A deposit is required to secure all appointments.- Deposits range from $50-$200 depending on the service or program selected.- Deposits must be submitted via CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle within 2 hours of booking. 3. Appointment Confirmation:- Once your deposit is received, your appointment will be confirmed by text.- If payment is not received within 2 hours, your booking may be released. 4. Remaining Balance:- The remaining balance is to be paid in cash at the time of service.- No credit cards are accepted. 5. No-Show & Cancellation Policy:- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit the deposit.- No-call, no-show appointments may be subject to full service charge for rebooking. 6. Waitlist Option:- If your desired time is unavailable, you may request to join the waitlist.- Text 608-320-0559 with your name, service interest, and best days/times.
